Heimsel is a discovery and introduction platform only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information provided about properties is supplied by listing agents and may not be independently verified by Heimsel.

Before making any investment decision, you should seek advice from a qualified financial adviser, carry out independent due diligence, and consider whether an investment is appropriate for your personal financial situation.

2. No Guarantee of Returns

Investments in real estate carry risk. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of property and any income from it may fall as well as rise. Heimsel makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty - express or implied - regarding the return on any investment listed on this platform.

3. Agent Responsibility

Property listings are created and maintained by registered listing agents. Each agent is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information they submit. Heimsel does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any property listing.

4. Platform Status

Heimsel is currently in active development. Features, availability, and terms may change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Heimsel stores the account information you provide in order to operate the platform. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

Agents may only submit accurate, lawful property listings they are authorised to list. Users may not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes. Heimsel reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Property listings, photos, and descriptions submitted by agents remain the property of the submitting agent. By submitting content to Heimsel, agents grant Heimsel a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. Heimsel's name, logo, and platform design are the property of Heimsel and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Data Rights

If you are based in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@heimsel.com. We will respond within 30 days. Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Heimsel operates a subscription model for listing agents. The first 100 agents to register receive 12 months of free access as founding members. Before this period ends, agents will be notified by email and given the option to continue with a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions will be available on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Agents can cancel at any time through their profile page, after which access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. If a payment fails, a 7-day grace period is granted before access to listing features is suspended. Heimsel reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Heimsel does not store payment card details.

10. Governing Law

This platform is operated in the Netherlands. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
